Having stayed at the Holiday Inn Rancho Cordova for Christmas, I was impressed by the peaceful room despite its proximity to the freeway. the cleanliness was top-notch, but the broken jacuzzi tub was a major letdown. the staff's indifferent attitude towards resolving issues marred an otherwise pleasant stay. On the bright side, breakfast was a delicious highlight. Great location for my conference and enjoyable dining experiences. But alas, the disappointing customer service tainted the overall experience.
